A special meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission of the City of Louisville was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present were Mayor Rod Petersen, Council Members Jerry McClun, Jamion Biesterfeld and Martyn Myers. Larry Gulizia was absent. Planning Commission members present were Ronda Anderson, Justin Barnes, Chuck Meyer and Jim Ryan. Absent were Jeff Ryan, Jason McClun, Jason Sellers, and Dan Huber. Also present were City Attorney Roger Johnson and guests. Mayor Petersen stated that the Open Meetings Act is posted at the rear of the room and a copy of all meeting materials is available with the clerk.
The convened meeting was open to the public.
Mayor Petersen presented a brief history of growth in the last 20 years. Mayor Petersen introduced Ryan Bertucci and Adam Flanagan from Kuehl Capital Corporation to present a Sanitary Improvement District (SID) concept.
McClun moves, Myers seconds to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote of all members present.
