“The Red Velvet Cake Wars” Brings Family Fun to the Lofte
Manley, NE [August 30, 2016] - The Lofte Community
Theatre in Manley announces its next production “The Red Velvet Cake Wars”
by Jones, Hope and Wooten will open Friday, September 9 at 7:30pm.  “Red Velvet”
is the hilarious tale of three cousins, Gaynelle, Peaches and Jimmie Wyvette who are
organizing the Verdeen family reunion in Sweetgum, Texas.  Together they must
tackle oddball relatives, a neighbor’s food-stealing dog, and a Texas-sized tornado.  
Hilarious characters with big personalities make this story fun for the whole family.

“The Red Velvet Cake Wars” will be on the Lofte stage
September 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17 and 18.  Showtimes
Thursday through Saturday are 7:30pm.  Both Sunday
performances are 2pm matinees.  Tickets are $19.
